These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the dz22 website, accessible at https://dz22.cam, and all associated services, products and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by dz22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or bet through dz22, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform globally, including users in Pakistan. However, dz22 does not claim to be licensed, authorised, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any relevant provincial legislation, before using this Platform. Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you do not meet these eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms. dz22 reserves the right to void all wagers and withhold associated funds in such circumstances.
Meeting the minimum age requirement of 18 years does not itself render gambling lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction where gambling is restricted by law. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
When registering an Account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not create an Account using false details, a pseudonym or another person's identity. You may only hold one Account on the Platform at any time; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
dz22 is required to verify the identity and age of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You agree to provide such documents as the Operator reasonably requests, which may include:
All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. The submission of falsified, doctored or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities. You must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not transmit sensitive documents via unsecured channels, third-party messaging applications or unencrypted email.
Verification is typically completed within a reasonable timeframe following submission of complete and satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the completion of verification. dz22 shall not be liable for delays caused by the submission of incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
dz22 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from dz22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify dz22 support immediately at [email protected] (plain text, not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account prior to the receipt of such notification by dz22.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (determined by, without limitation, matching IP address, device fingerprint, payment method or identity documents), dz22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets and withhold any bonus funds associated with the duplicate accounts.
To participate in real-money gaming on dz22, you must fund your Account using one of the deposit methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available deposit methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Pakistani users may be familiar with payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers and accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any such method for gambling-related deposits is subject to the rules, terms of service and applicable legal restrictions of each individual payment provider. dz22 makes no representation that any specific payment provider endorses, supports or permits gambling transactions. You must verify independently whether your chosen payment method is available for this purpose.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as applicable. Transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated. dz22 reserves the right to decline a deposit at its discretion.
Where amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee / Rs), these are approximate indicative figures only and may be subject to conversion rates at the time of transaction. The currency of the Account will be determined at registration and may not be changed thereafter.
dz22 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and for which you have passed KYC verification.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and applicable verification status. No specific processing timeframe is guaranteed. Current indicative timelines for available withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier. dz22 shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banking institutions or third parties.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. High-value withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence and additional processing time.
dz22 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit will be specified in the promotional terms. Wagering on excluded game categories (such as live-dealer tables or certain slots) may not contribute to or may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
dz22 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in any case where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using specific betting strategies to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations.
Any bonus amounts expressed in PKR on the Platform (for example, "Welcome Bonus up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples based on information available at the time of publication. Exact bonus values are subject to current promotional terms and the User's qualification status.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of dz22.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dz22, its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your use of the dz22 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dz22 will collect and process personal data only for legitimate operational purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support and, where you have provided appropriate consent, marketing communications.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
dz22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, at its sole discretion, where it has reason to believe that:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dz22 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit recoverable funds to the relevant financial crime authority.
If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, a game outcome, a transaction or any other matter, you should in the first instance contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints promptly and to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, you must submit the relevant game round reference number, date and a description of the issue. Game outcomes produced by certified RNG systems are final subject to technical verification. In the case of live-dealer games, recorded footage may be reviewed as part of the dispute resolution process.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally to your satisfaction, you may have recourse to the dispute resolution or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available under the Operator's applicable licence, if any. Details of applicable ADR pathways will be provided upon request.
dz22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may also apply to their participation and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
